At Urban Jungle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-ready look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your new gear doesn't fit the vibe, we've made the exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or the original mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
